Fruit crumbles can be topped off with some Larry & Luna coconut bliss ice cream and served as a dessert or add almond milk after being cooled down for an hour as a tasty breakfast.
Ingredients
3 apples, sliced
2 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash vanilla extract
¼ cup walnuts, diced
¼ cup
shredded coconut
1 cup Enjoy Life granola
¼ cup
coconut oil
, melted
1 tablespoon sucanat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and walnuts in a large bowl
Combine coconut, granola, coconut oil, and sucanat in a small bowl
Separate apple mixture into two 2 cup stoneware dishes
Sprinkle granola mixture on top
Place in oven for 25min
