Elana’s Pantry
Ingredients
2½ cups blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon
himalayant rock salt
½ teaspoon
baking soda
1 tablespoon ground
flax
¼ teaspoon
El Peto Onion Soup Mix
(onion powder would work too)
¼ cup
coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, flax, and onion soup mix
In a large bowl, blend together coconut oil, eggs and water
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet until a nice dough forms
Roll out dough on cutting board (prevents stickiness) to 1 ½ inches thick
Dust dough with extra almond flour if it is sticky and/or misbehaving
Cut the dough into biscuits using the lid to the coconut oil jar (3 inches)
Using a spatula, transfer biscuits to a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, until biscuits are browned on the bottom edges
