A creamy, nutrient-rich smoothie inspired by Aux Vivres Bombay Banana Smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk - I used
unsweetened almond milk
1 medium banana
1 teaspoon
creamed coconut
or
coconut butter
2
medjool dates
, pitted
½ teaspoon
chai spice
(also known as chai or tea masala)
1 knob of fresh ginger, skin removed (yield ~ 1 teaspoon)
Instructions
Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed.
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
