Lighten up your smoothies by using an all-natural premium tea as the base instead of inflammatory dairy or high-sugar fruit juices.
Ingredients
2 cups brewed and chilled Leaf & Ardor Tea Co. Ruby Rose Hips Herbal Tea
2 tablespoons
hemp seed
1 cup mixed berries
1 banana
Instructions
Add ingredients to the jug of your
high-powered blender
in the order they are listed in the recipe.
Blend for 30-45 seconds, until smooth.
Transfer to a pretty glass and enjoy in the sunshine.
