Instructions
Add ingredients to the jug of your high-powered blender in the order they’re listed in the recipe. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
To transform into a keto FAT BOMB recipe: add 1 to 2 tablespoons of MCT oil, 1 to 2 tablespoons of flavored fish oil, and/or a handful of raw macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds.
