Avocado and Spinach Super-Green Smoothie

- ½ small avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
