Ingredients
11½ oz (325 g) bacon, cooked until crispy, crumbled, and fat reserved
1½ cups (240 g) cashews, soaked in water for 12 hours, drained and rinsed
Transfer warm bacon grease to the bowl of your food processor or high-powered blender along with soaked cashews, peptides, mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate.
Top with iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Serve alongside sliced cucumber, bell pepper, celery, or the vegetable of your choice.
