A daily delight! These fat bombs taste just like fudge, without the dairy. And, they’re made smooth with hemp hearts. The count of final fat bombs that you’ll get from this recipe depends on the silicone mold used. I used a silicone mold with rectangular cavities measuring 1 by ½-inch (2.5 by 1.25 cm). I like using rectangular molds for this recipe so it feels more fudge-like, but any silicone mold will do the trick!
Liven up your ketogenic breakfasts with this low-carb pudding bowl recipe. Rich in healthful fats that’ll keep you running on ketones through to the evening.
This morning-friendly beverage combines three of our favorite things – fat bombs, green shakes, and coffee. Now you can have all three with this Rocket Fuel Latte inspired shake. If you don’t have greens+O just yet, feel free to replace with your current greens powder. Genuine Health vegan greens+O is sweetened with stevia, which is why you don’t see any sweetener in this recipe. If you’re opting out from using greens powder altogether, you could add 2 to 3 teaspoons of confectioners’ erythritol or 2 to 4 drops of liquid stevia, to taste. If you are sensitive to corn, you may react to erythritol in which case; you could use the liquid stevia. Makes 28 fl. oz. (830 ml)
Missing your oat-filled overnight oat bowls? If so, you’re going to love this keto-friendly, low-carb, paleo version of the infamous, “overnight oats”! Made perfect with hemp hearts, these grain-free breakfast bowls are a total win in my book. Just soak overnight, and enjoy in the morning, adding an extra splash of milk before consuming.
