How I started to change my relationship with my body, what I do to reframe my thinking, how keto has affected my recovery, and so much more.
When I first started working on my relationship with my body, the whole concept of “just love yourself!” was WAY intimidating and not accessible to me. I want women to feel okay with not feeling okay, and encouraged to take that first step, wherever you are.
My relationship with my body is a work in progress — intuitive eating and self-acceptance haven’t healed me completely, and I still struggle with my thoughts around body acceptance and restriction, but I’m okay with where I am. Being okay is a huge step for me, and each day, I grow and develop a greater appreciation for my body that I never thought was possible.
