Lite coconut milk is made from blended and strained fresh coconut meat. It contains less fat per serving than full-fat coconut milk so it’s great if you’re craving a glass of milk with your keto cookies, or you’re in the mood for a bowl of keto granola.
I prefer Aroy-D Coconut Milk because it is free from phosphates, guar gum, xanthan gum, water, polysorbates, extracts and flavors. It’s also low in carbohydrates, high in fat, and contained in a non-refrigerated tetra pack.
