I'm ready! Not only do they consider the True Wellness of the end consumer but also the farmers, the land and the entirety of Mother Nature.
The videos on their site go a little deeper into where this true consciousness stems from…below being what I think is the most avid example.
The Tulsi plant is something within which the people of India have a lot of faith. The centre of a home, worshipped, and considered to keep the energy pure. I’m a firm believer in the holistic approach to health and well-being which is very much the guiding message of ORGANIC INDIA.
I do my utmost to purchase products that sit well with my conscience and to be honest the work of ORGANIC INDIA, in their words “harms no one and benefits all” puts their products in my most ideal of purchases category. If only all companies could have such a moral and ethical conscience!
In terms of True Wellness, it’s actually what underpins my purchases on a day to day basis. I want to eat food, fuel and nourish my body with products and produce that support my own holistic health. Notably, anything that keeps me in a state of calm and balance is always welcomed. I never underestimate the power of that which I put into my body can have on my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Tulsi Original Tea was my pick of choice. Holy Basil, the herb is said to be energizing and stress-relieving.
Tulsi itself is a herb with rich wellness-promoting properties. An abundant source of antioxidants, it’s considered to support a more balanced mood, possibly giving it an uplifting boost. I definitely felt beautifully calm having had a mightily warming mug of the tea close enough to bedtime; the beauty of it being caffeine free!
With its citrusy tones the tea can be used for a multitude. You can really can think outside the traditional mug when it comes to Tulsi!
MY FAVORITE WAYS TO USE ORGANIC INDIA TULSI TEA
Try serving it as a cold brew, with some frozen slices of fresh lemon and orange to enhance it’s natural flavour! I sometimes even add a little sparkling water and a touch of stevia for a refreshing more summer appropriate tipple!
Use it as an alternative tea base for one of my Rocket Fuel Lattes!
It equally would be amazing for making a salad dressing! Blend some leftover cold brewed tea into a cashew based dressing with a little lemon and spices of choice! Way to take those greens to a whole new level!
Fat bombs are all about creating alternative rich delicious flavour without the sugar hit that we’ve all become accustomed to. I’d brew the tea with some lightly heated full-fat coconut milk to incorporate them into my Rocket Latte Blocks.
Using a raw cashew butter will allow the natural flavour of the tea to shine through, easily enhanced with some fresh lemon and orange zest and complimented with a touch of cinnamon!
Tulsi Tea Gummies?! Definitely worth trying!
Simply freeze leftover tea in an ice cube tray and use them to chill and infuse plain or sparkling water or even some homemade cleansing cashew milk.
I love making my own fat bomb ice cream and Tulsi tea would be a delicious alternative flavour base! Simply make use of the aforementioned ice cubes!
Outside of snacks, treats and beverages, Tulsi Original would also make an awesome alternative stock for a soup, sauce or gravy!!!
I highly recommend Tulsi Original Tea as a new store cupboard flavour enhancing and basic delicious soothing beverage that you can rest assured has been created with respect and compassion for every Being.
