Answering all of your questions about The Keto Diet Cookbook, (my second paperback, now in bookstores!), plus how this book is different from my other books and products, what I’m working on now, and so much more.
When I think about all that can change in 9 months, it’s pretty amazing — 9 months is exactly how long it took me to get my period back, and 9 months is exactly how long it took me to write The Keto Diet Cookbook. I feel like I’ve grown so much in such a short amount of time; when I started writing my second and third paperback books 9 months ago, it was so important to include feedback from readers and listeners (like you!) to help create something that could really help people. I wanted people to feel empowered and ready to embrace change.
I read comments on social media, tons of emails, and spoke to so many people on tour about what they wanted from their keto experience… and then I wrote books to meet those needs.
