If you’re short on time but looking for recipes that are full of flavor, I’ve got you covered! 16 easy keto recipes, ready in minutes, for when you want a delicious keto meal without the work.
Most of the time, my meals are thrown together in minutes because when I’m hungry, I’m HUNGRY. While I appreciate a beautifully constructed keto recipe, sometimes you need something that is quick, easy, and doesn’t compromise on ingredients or deliciousness.

I'm ready!Life happens, and knowing that you have backup keto meals ready can help you make a choice that makes you feel good.
Time is of the essence so let’s dig in!
This is one of my most popular recipes, and for good reason! If you’re craving a salty savory snack, this is where it’s at. Kevin still raves about this recipe because it’s the perfect crunchy keto snack, and it’s ready in a snap!
One of my favorite keto recipes and perfect for summer! I spread this on cucumbers or jicama sticks, bacon, or low carb crackers. You can also serve it as a side! It’s so refreshing and super easy to make, just crisp the kale, throw the ingredients together in a food processor, and blend!
Keto salads are a staple in our RV because they’re super easy to throw together, and they’re such an easy way to get a good volume of food. This salad is great because the grilled zucchini adds a bit of warmth and just pulls everything together so beautifully.
Okay, I know I’m cheating a little bit because this recipe isn’t ready in minutes, but you can throw it together in the morning, get all the things on your to-do list done, and then eat when you’re ready! Bonus: if you’re in need of a carb-up, you could serve this with a sweet potato (like the photo). Otherwise, another low-carb veggie cooked in your favorite fat would be the perfect keto meal.
The key to nailing this recipe in minutes: prep the veggies ahead of time! You can enjoy this recipe as it is, meat-free, or incorporate some protein — I suggest pork belly. Mmmmmm.
You might be wondering how a sub can be keto, but all you gotta do is remove the bread and BOOM: an awesome keto meal, fully customizable, served with a fatty dipping sauce.
Prep this recipe by chopping the chicken breasts the night before if you really want to save on time! You can even customize the seasonings for different palates. I would serve these nuggets with my favorite avocado oil mayo!
Bread is not a meal, which is why you should definitely make this recipe and then top it with mashed avocado, flake salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Keto avocado toast, yes please! Craving something sweet? Toast the bread and then smear a bit of butter flavored coconut oil on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and a bit of granulated keto-friendly sweetener, and boom: keto cinnamon toast.
Another way to use keto bread? With one of my salmon cakes and (dairy-free!) dill cream sauce from my paperback, The Keto Diet. This recipe is so easy, delicious, and you can whip up a big batch and reheat them in a pinch.
I love these keto cookie bars because they’re amazing for a sweet craving, and they’re super simple (like I said, 4 ingredients!). I like to make these and keep them in the freezer, then take them out on a hike. I’ve also made them with hemp hearts and they’re amazing.
This recipe is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! I’d serve it with my dairy-free sour cream, made with cashews and macadamia nuts.
This dish is typically made as a side dish, but if you add some bacon to the pan with radishes, it becomes a main course!
Right now, I’m a little sensitive to caffeine so I’m staying away from matcha and chocolate, but I know that when summer hits, smoothie bowls are all the rage. If you’re looking for an option that will give you a boost without the fructose overload, this is an awesome option, and it’s supercharged with collagen!
You could make this for breakfast or dessert … or both! It’s so quick to throw together, and you can top it with all of your favorites. Want to switch flavors? Make it with blueberries!
If a chocolate craving strikes and you need something in a pinch, you can make this mug cake with only 3 ingredients. So rich, so chocolate-y, so easy.
While the original Rocket Fuel Latte is ready in minutes, sometimes you need to switch it up. Just blend the ingredients together and enjoy — but pace yourself because brain freeze is no joke!
Alright, the clock is ticking… what are you making? You’re stocked up and ready to feast. Enjoy!
